Scott Horton

Scott Horton is the former Director of Diversity and Inclusion Consulting at IBM and has 30 years of training and consulting experience, including 10 years in higher education and 20 years in the corporate arena. He led IBM’s inclusion practice, managed consulting teams, and served as primary client relationship manager for IBM’s diversity and inclusion clients. His thought leadership shaped IBM’s "D and I" solutions and strategies.

Josy Laza Gallagher has more than 25 years of experience as an international consultant and coach, focused on team dynamics, executive leadership, talent management, global inclusion, and cross cultural competencies. Miguel Valenciano

Recognized across the US and internationally for his extensive work in the field of diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias and cultural competency, Miguel has been a featured speaker at many local, state, national and international conferences. He has conducted approximately 2,500 training sessions for more than 285,000 persons in multinational corporations, government agencies and non‐profit organizations in four continents. Miguel is equally comfortable working with executive teams, individual business owners, senior management and first line staff.

Darrell Butler

For more than 15 years, Darrell has assisted organizations in “making workplace tension productive” through strategic consulting, training, and speaking in the areas of diversity/inclusion, personal empowerment, and work-life balance. He has held positions in sales, marketing research, sales management, and senior human resources.

Fabian De Rozario

A senior consultant & expert facilitator with more than 30 years of training and leadership experience, Fabian has coached individuals, trained groups, managed teams, and led organizations to achieve greater levels of success. His engaging styles moves individuals to broaden perspectives and to adopt new skills.

Benjamin Riddle

Benjamin Riddle has been a corporate consultant for 15 years, primarily focusing in the areas of Diversity, Inclusive Leadership and High Performance. Benjamin is passionate about creating a safe environment for others to explore the dynamics of Diversity and Inclusion in their leadership and workplace responsibilities and roles.

Bradley Wilkinson

Skilled speaker, facilitator and instructional designer, Brad gets his energy from people development. He describes his focus as helping organizations leverage diversity through creating and maintaining inclusive, high performance cultures and brings over 25 years of hands‐on experience designing and delivering high impact adult learning experiences.
